Triplex – 51 McMurray
This Toronto triplex replaced a former illegal dwelling. Careful planning ensured each of the 2-bedroom units had generous equal sleep spaces & washrooms. Exterior detailing allowed contemporary maintenance-free finishes to integrate with traditional homes in the Junction. The lower-level unit benefited from higher ceilings. The return on investment was exceptional at 80%.
