The owner of this 4-bedroom bungalow wanted to enhance the investment property with an additional separate 1-bedroom rental cottage placed deep in the heavily treed city lot. The orientation of the coach house takes maximum advantage of daylight. Accessible features such as a walk-in shower, wide doors and a spacious kitchen were incorporated to support independent living.
