This heritage property required special characteristics in order to be integrated within Ottawa’s Byward Market. [in]tempo’s exterior design allowed retail tenancies opportunities to express their brand while staying respectful of the traditional detailing. Residential courtyard space was unified in a European style piazza. Through the design of our hand-rendered promotional pieces, the condo units sold at a rapid pace!

The owners were impressed with the design done for PAI Medical property at 344 Gladstone; they enlisted [in]tempo design to “enhance the track housing appearance of the development, adding design flair.”
